WHERE TO STAY
It is recommended to stay near to the mountain vs in town. there are busses that are very easy to get into town from the mountain and all over town if needed.
The best location I have found for being connected to the mountain is here:
There are Airbnbs that are associated with this place. It has a gondola that takes you right to the mountain village and has epic HOT Tubs and amenities!
Family-Friendly Activities: Beyond the slopes, families can enjoy scenic gondola rides, hiking, and various base area activities. The resort's commitment to family fun makes it a popular destination for visitors of all ages.
Hot Springs: After a day on the mountain, visitors can relax in the natural hot springs located in and around Steamboat Springs, offering a perfect way to unwind.
NOTE: MAKE SURE TO HAVE 4 WHEEL DRIVE to get to Strawberry Hot Springs! Also, you need Reservations and they only take cash!

In town Hot Springs - are a great alternative if you don’t want to go all the way to Strawberry Hot Springs

Events and Festivals:
NOTE: The timing of events can make prices change and have lots of people in town for the events. The resort hosts various events throughout the year, including the famous Steamboat Winter Carnival, adding a festive atmosphere to your visit. The events are awesome and highly recommend some of the cowboy culture that is apart of the town! More info:
